ADHD & Executive Functioning Coaching for College Students

You don't need to know exactly what you want from coaching before we begin.

Maybe there's something specific you want help with. Maybe you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Maybe you're trying to understand yourself better.

Or maybe you don't have the words for it yet.

We can start with what matters to you right now.

I may ask questions, notice patterns, offer another perspective, share information, suggest a tool, or invite you to experiment with something.

But I'm not here to decide what your priorities should be, what your life should look like, or which parts of yourself need fixing.

What we might work on together

There are a lot of reasons you might come to coaching. Here are a few examples of things we could work on together.

DOING

Getting things done and navigating everyday life.

  • Waiting until the last minute to start

  • Running late or losing track of time

  • Losing things or forgetting deadlines

  • Everything feeling urgent

  • Making plans but not following through

  • Keeping up with classes, responsibilities, relationships—and the rest of your life

FEELING

When you're feeling...

  • Overwhelmed or stuck

  • Unmotivated or bored

  • Frustrated or discouraged

  • Anxious or stressed

  • Burned out or exhausted

  • Like you should be able to handle this

UNDERSTANDING

Learning about yourself and what matters to you.

  • How ADHD shows up for you

  • Your strengths and what comes naturally to you

  • What helps you—and what doesn't

  • Your values, needs, and priorities

  • Expectations, beliefs, and labels you've carried

  • Who you're becoming

These are just examples—not a checklist or a complete list of what we can work on. You don't need to fit what you're experiencing into one of these categories, or even know how to describe it yet.

How we’ll work together

We start with what's here. We get curious about it. We learn from what we notice and what we try. We make adjustments when they're useful. And you remain the person deciding what fits.

Sometimes what's here is a paper due Thursday. We don't have to figure out your entire relationship with productivity before figuring out how you're going to write it.

Other times, there's room—or a reason—to look more closely.

Maybe you keep waiting until the last minute to start papers. Rather than assume the answer is to start earlier, we might get curious: What changes when the deadline gets close? Is something about this approach working for you? And what does it cost?

We'll pay attention to what's difficult, but also what's already working, what comes naturally, and what you've learned about yourself along the way.

Then we can experiment—making a plan, adding structure or accountability, changing your environment, or trying something different.

Sometimes breaking something into smaller steps helps. Sometimes now you just have seventeen smaller overwhelming things. 😂 Either way, we learn something.

Sometimes changing a practical system helps you understand yourself differently.

Sometimes understanding yourself differently changes how you approach something practical.

And sometimes understanding something better doesn't mean you want to change it. You might decide: Yep. I'm keeping this.

That's useful information, too.

The goal isn't to find the one right way for you to function.

It's to understand yourself and what supports you well enough that when something changes—or something new comes up—you have more ways to figure out what you need and what you want to do next.

1:1 ADHD & Executive Functioning Coaching

Start with a free discovery call

We'll begin with a free 20–30 minute conversation about what brings you to coaching, what you're hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

This isn't a sales call, and there's no pressure to sign up afterward. I want you to have enough information to decide whether coaching—and coaching with me—feels right for you.

If we decide to work together, we'll start with four sessions.

  • Four 45–60 minute virtual 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Sessions typically scheduled weekly

  • Six weeks to complete all four sessions

  • Between-session support for questions, check-ins, and things that come up between sessions

There's no predetermined curriculum to complete.

One week that might mean making a concrete plan for the next two weeks. Another might mean looking more closely at something you keep getting stuck on. Something may happen between sessions that changes what feels most important when we meet again.

That's okay.

The structure is there to support the work—not dictate it.

Why four sessions?

Four sessions gives us time to get to know each other, work on something that matters to you, try things between sessions, and learn from what happens—without asking you to make a huge commitment before you know what coaching with me is like.

At the end, we can look at where you are and what you want next. If you'd like to continue, we can talk about another four-session package. There's no expectation that you will.

The goal isn't for you to need coaching forever.

I want our work to help you understand what supports you, trust yourself more, and carry what you've learned into whatever comes next.
