Begin where you are.

ADHD & executive functioning coaching for college students.

Whether you're navigating the transition to college, struggling with something that used to feel manageable, or just trying to get through what's right in front of you, we can start there.

Maybe it doesn’t add up.

You know you're capable. You have plenty of evidence that you are—which can make it even more confusing when some of the most mundane tasks feel so difficult.

You work well under pressure, come up with creative solutions other people don’t see, or do really well at something you care about. But you struggle to answer an email, put away the laundry, or call to make a dentist appointment.

It doesn’t make sense.

Maybe something changed.

Maybe life didn't always feel this hard.

Maybe things just worked out before. In high school, you kept up, met deadlines, and did well. Then you got to college—and there's a lot more freedom, a lot less structure, and nobody reminding you about the thing that's due three weeks from now.

Or maybe you had ways of getting things done that you could always count on. You waited until the last minute. You pushed through. You found a way. And then, what seemed to work for years suddenly...didn’t.

No matter how much you want to or how hard you try, you just can't make yourself do the thing.

Maybe you've heard it before.

Start earlier. Try harder. Get organized. Break it into smaller steps. Use a planner. Just do a little bit every day.

It all makes sense. Some of it seems pretty straightforward. Maybe you've tried those things. Maybe some of them even work. And maybe that’s part of what makes it so confusing when they don’t.

You tell yourself you just need to try harder.

Except you're already trying. Probably a lot harder than anyone realizes.

Maybe you’re starting to question the ROI.

Maybe you've gotten really good at finding ways to make things work. You wait until the deadline is close because that's when you can do some of your best work. You hold yourself to incredibly high standards—and people know they can count on you to deliver. You get really good at anticipating what's expected, preparing for every possibility, and making it look like you have everything together.

But maybe you're starting to realize how much it takes out of you.

And you just don't know if you want to keep paying what it costs.

Maybe there's another way.

Maybe none of these quite fit. Maybe more than one does.

And maybe the answer isn't another planner, another productivity system, or another attempt to try harder. Maybe there's something here worth getting curious about.

You don’t have to do this alone.

What we might work on together

You don't need to know exactly what you want to work on before coming to coaching. You decide what we focus on.

We might work on things like:

  • Starting tasks and following through

  • Planning, prioritization, and organization

  • Time management and deadlines

  • Motivation and focus

  • Structure, routines, and accountability

  • Stress, overwhelm, and burnout

  • Emotion regulation

  • Decision-making

  • Self-advocacy and boundaries

  • Strengths and values

  • Expectations and “shoulds”

  • Identity, self-understanding, and self-trust

And sometimes you really just need to figure out how to start the paper that's due Thursday.

How we’ll work together

You're the expert on your life. I'll bring questions, observations, tools, and support—but you get to decide what fits and what matters to you right now.

Depending on what you need, we might:

  • Find practical ways to make something easier

  • Experiment with different approaches and adjust as we go

  • Build in external support and accountability

  • Get curious about what's happening

  • Understand your ADHD and how your brain works

  • Develop strategies you can use beyond coaching

  • Explore what you're learning about yourself

The goal is to find what works for you—and trust yourself to navigate what comes next.
